A Festive Fall Fiesta

Festive Fall Fiesta

Joey and I just got home from a wonderful date night.  We went to a new Tex-Mex restaurant in our area, and had a great dinner and experience.  Sweet and spicy guava glazed carnitas.  Grapefruit margaritas with St. Germaine.  Perfect carne asada.  Amazing.  Our dinner got me thinking about all the Mexican food I've made over the past few years, and I couldn't wait to put together a fall-themed menu featuring seasonal Mexican food.

This is definitely a big, extensive menu, so feel free to pare it down as needed.  I would make this whole menu for a large party, but for a more intimate and small gathering, I would likely just choose one drink, one entree, etc.

Enjoy and Ole´!
