Yes I'd probably just freeze the filling ...Amy,<br />Yes I'd probably just freeze the filling in a freezer bag, thaw, and follow the directions as written... maybe adding a few extra minutes to the cook time pre-biscuits (if that makes sense). YOu could also make the biscuits ahead, freeze them, and then throw them on top of the filling when it's cooking (and I think you could just add the biscuits frozen with no ill effects).
