One recommendation I could give ...This looks great! One recommendation I could give you about the saffron, is to steep it in some of your chicken stock. It will really bring out the flavor of the saffron much more. Then you can just use that little amount of stock with the saffron still in it and add it to your rice to start the creaming method. then all you have to do is add the rest of the chicken stock till the rice is al dente.
