I'm from here, but live in NYC, and because of the crazy weather, I'll be stuck in Atlanta until January 2! Being stuck isnt so bad, just an extended vacation, and a fantastic excuse to cook up a storm at my mom's house :)<br />I'm making a variation on this recipe. You inspired me to make Pomegranate Balsamic Glazed Tofu. It's marinating now, but I'm excited to try it. It was very good as well, but like I said in the post, I'll probably just do rice and roasted veggies in the future.
